By accessing and using the Camino de La Salle Virtual Walk application (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this App's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
The App provides a virtual walking experience that allows users to track their progress, check in at virtual checkpoints, and upload photos. The service is provided "as-is" and the organizers assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. User Conduct and Content
You are responsible for any and all content, including photos and personal information, that you upload or submit through the App. You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove or edit any content that violates these terms. By submitting content, you grant the organizers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App and the promotion of the event.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Damages; Limitation of Liability
The App makes no representation that the materials contained in the site are appropriate or authorized for use in all countries, states, provinces, county or any other jurisdictions. If you choose to access the App, you do so on your own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. THE MATERIALS IN THIS APP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES , EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE APP DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE APP IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CORRECTLY SEQUENCED, RELIABLE OR TIMELY, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERUPTED OR FREE OF ERRORS AND/OR VIRUSES. YOU USE THE APP AT THEIR SOLE RISK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT OR NEGLIGENCE, WILL THE APP OR RELATED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS ) THAT ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OMISSIONS, DEFECTS, UNTIMELINESS OR UNAUTHENTICITY OF ANY CONTENT IN THE APP, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APP’S AND RELATED PARTIES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR CLAIM RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO THE APP FOR ACCESSING THIS APP, IF ANY. This includes any damages related to physical activity undertaken in relation to this virtual event. Please consult with a physician before beginning any new program.

The organizers reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these terms from time to time and to familiarize yourself with any modifications.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
